This is beautiful place to stay, also close to everything included the Basilica

This was an absolute marvel of a stay in Guatemala! Everyone and I mean everyone was super helpful and accommodating. The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature. And the best of all were the hosts, so friendly and charming. I definitely recommend this place to anyone lucky enough to be in the region.

The place was wonderful, tidy, great attention, we felt at home! We would definitely come back!

We were visiting with a group of about 9 people, so that many hotel rooms were out of the question. Thankfully we came across Sindy's place, which was the perfect accommodations for out group. We only had one van, but the parking lot could have fit two cars. Easy check in, wifi, hot water, etc. The walk to the basilica was about 15-20 minutes which we expected because there's no way accommodations like this could exist within earshot of the basilica. The home was stunning with a gorgeous garden and kitchen. My mother is a stickler with staying at places but she fell in love here. Hoping to stay here again soon!

This place is beautiful, just like the photographs. Cleanliness was spotless throughout the house, well tidy, with unique details. It is in a super safe residential area, you can walk around the colony and enjoy the rich morning weather. Leaving the colony there is a shop where you can buy things that are missing and by vehicle it is close to the Park and other attractions. The communication with Ulises was excellent and we recommended restaurants to go to. I highly recommend this place to you!

House used as a location on the way from Lake Atitlan to Biotoop de Quetzal. House is conveniently located on the route. House itself is very clean but basic. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There is one bathroom with a look some makeshift shower, but it worked. The Google location is probably incorrect, but if you follow the description you will get there.

Wonderful family to stay with. They even cooked us breakfast and showed us the best spots around town to eat. Only flaw was checking instructions could be more clear
