The kitchen of our villa is equipped with modern white appliances and has all the necessary tools for cooking. The pool is a shared pool of two twin villas and is available during the summer season. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are only placed in the summer by the decision of the site. Walking around the house with shoes and smoking are not allowed.

We're in Manastır Bay on Marmara Island. We rent out apartment-style rooms; you only share the garden area. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are private. Sunbeds and parasols are free of charge. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day. We're in Manastır Bay, three kilometres from Marmara Island. There are shops in the centre, and we have four restaurants on the beach.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
