Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air-conditioning units, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul
