Deveci Konağı is a three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing is for the 3rd floor of the house. This floor, which can accommodate 4 people, has 2 rooms. Both rooms have air conditioning. There is a private kitchen and bathroom for our guests. Heating is provided by a boiler. A washing machine is available. In addition, there is a private terrace for this floor only, along with outdoor seating on the terrace. In the patio area, there is a barbecue available for guests to use.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool and the beach. 50 metres to chain stores such as Bim, Migros, A101 and Tedi. Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
