There is air conditioning and a combi boiler. The fireplace is active and you can light it. It is very pleasant. Note: The price is for two people; there is a charge for additional guests and pets. The building has stairs and no lift. We can provide a decorative or dining table for your special occasions, at an additional cost. Note: Male guest groups are not accepted.

Deveci Konağı is a three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing is for the 3rd floor of the house. This floor, which can accommodate 4 people, has 2 rooms. Both rooms have air conditioning. There is a private kitchen and bathroom for our guests. Heating is provided by a boiler. A washing machine is available. In addition, there is a private terrace for this floor only, along with outdoor seating on the terrace. In the patio area, there is a barbecue available for guests to use.

Forest House on 3-Acre Land

This charming house offers a peaceful getaway in touch with nature. It is heated with a safe stove and the wood you can use is ready. There are four cats and a dog in the house, so we can't accept extra pets. You can walk along the forest road and enjoy nature accompanied by the flowing stream. From our house, which can accommodate 6 adults, you can walk to the shopping centres and markets in 2 minutes, to the beach in 10 minutes, and to the centre and entertainment venues in 15 minutes.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool and the beach. 50 metres to chain stores such as Bim, Migros, A101 and Tedi. The bus, minibus and taxi stop is in front of the house. In accordance with local laws, it is mandatory to obtain identification information from all guests and notify the gendarmerie.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul
