Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

There is an extra living room in the loft. TV and internet. Large bathroom with spacious shower, washing machine and dryer, and an extra guest toilet in addition. Outdoor terrace with fire pit, and bathing water right on the downside of the cabin. Short distance to alpine slopes, cross-country trails and trail cycling. Undisturbed and child friendly. Here you can create many good memories in a fantastic cabin.

Now you too can enjoy the view, whether it's for vacation or work. There is plenty of space for both large families and colleagues, or come alone. Right nearby awaits Norway's most beautiful coastal path, beaches, restaurants, activities, attractions, farm shop, Menybutikk and everything you need for good days. We rent out the cabin belonging to our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room in one. Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a crawl loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Smoking is not allowed.

This is a cozy little Appartment with a wonderful seaview. The place has its own parking and own entrance, self checkin service. It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Badeplass 5 min gange fra hytta. Lauvåsen ligger vakkert til i den lille grenda Austbø i Rauland. Beliggenheten er et glimrende utgangspunkt for natur og kulturopplevelser i den tradisjonelle fjellbygda. Fra stuen og hverandaen er det nydelig utsikt til Longvikvatn og vakre Fossanfjell.

The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
