We had an amazing stay at this beachside home! The views were absolutely stunning — we loved waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean and the peaceful sound of the waves. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully equipped and perfect for preparing family meals. One of our favorite parts was spending time on the patio, just relaxing and soaking in the incredible view. It was the perfect getaway for our family — peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully located. Highly recommend!

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

5-star Airbnb and host, parking/entry was simple and easy, Renee is 100% responsive, and it’s clear this host cares that you have a great stay. The place is as described, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with THE SOFTEST SHEETS/PILLOWCASES EVER, and nice extra touches. Bright and light, quiet at night, 1.5 bathrooms, and close to beach and coastal towns.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

This place was an absolute dream! We loved everything about Dan & Britt's home and would definitely stay again. The home was in a perfect location and the views were beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

My mom stayed over the Christmas break. She really enjoyed the apartment and found it even better than the photos and what was described.

I stayed here for a long work trip from the UK - almost three months. It's a lovely place and perfect for a long stay for one person. I also had my wife and daughter visit for a week and even with all of us there it didn't seem too small. Carlsbad is lovely, lots of good restaurants and a nice local vibe. It really is only a few yards to the beach and it's great for a walk or to watch the sun go down. It's the place to be if you're into water sports! All the amenities in the apartment were great, parking is easy and everyone involved with the place is absolutely lovely. I was there early in the year and didn't really use it, but I think the back yard would probably be great in mid-Summer. The location is great for getting everywhere in North San Diego county (I was working in La Jolla) and anywhere about. It's close to the 5 but you can also drive along the 101 which is stunning. I really highly recommend this - what a great place.

I have nothing else to say other than how pleased and comfortable i was with my stay! This was my first time using airbnb and i hit the jackpot! Mayra and Jacob were very accommodating and responsive. The house was beautiful and was in an amazing location next to restaurants and shops. I couldn’t have been happier!! I will definitely stay again ;)

It was perfect for what we needed. I saw the reviews and it did has a funky smells every time we when back to the rental, but with the room spray was fix. I guess the cleaning people din’t put toilet paper but sed was so quickly to fix it and deliver toilet paper. I like that it had everything from stove to laundry room . I would go back . Me and my boys enjoy the cute little place . Thank you!

Fernando's place was super clean and cozy, especially for a short getaway! The stay was extremely close to town yet far away from the hustle and bustle. I loved how clean the whole Airbnb was and the bed was so comfy!! The water got warm and the heaters were perfect for the cold nights. Thank you for letting us stay! We'll be back :)

My father and I stayed at Jen's casita for a few nights on a father/son end-of-life road trip down the California coast with a stop in Del Mar for Surf Cup. The apartment is beautiful, lots of light, big windows, quiet neighborhood and a bargain when compared to hotels in the area. My father required special accommodations and Jen was accommodating and generous with her time and attention. Pictures of the apartment and views are accurate. It's beautiful and comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located - a few minutes from I-5 with no road noise. Neither of us slept on the pull-out couch, I prefer a nice (big) inflatable mattress, plenty of room in the bedroom for both. The best endorsement I can give is to strongly recommended the property.

This location was amazing. Beautiful property and views. The host was amazing and responded immediately to anything and everything we had questions about. Could not have asked for a better experience. 100% would recommend.

I’ll try to keep this concise: - 10/10 location. You’re not getting any closer to the ocean than this place. - Exactly as described and clean. - Attentive host but not overbearing. We only saw the host once when they came to greet us shortly after check in. - check in was a breeze and the property felt very safe. It’s on the low traffic end of the street. So nice. - Washer and dryer in unit. - My only downside is that the unit is directly underneath the hosts living space and that could be loud at times. However, the unit is exactly as described and all activity was during normal daytime hours. So just something to be aware of, if that will impact your stay. I wouldn’t reduce the rating for that because ultimately, we were very happy with our stay and were sad to leave.

Bill’s place was great! Exactly like the pictures and was a perfect place to stay for us.

Simply superb! A clean, beautiful, and warm space. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated each of us having a separate fluffy blanket. The Internet was stable and fast. Everything was spotlessly clean. The flower superblooms can be seen 1 hour 15 min to the north (Diamond Valley Lake) or 1 hour 15 min to the south (Anza Borrego State Park -- check the state park website for superbloom locations). While we were driving out from here in the morning, we saw a California condor flying close to the road. These are rare, critically endangered birds and we were very lucky to have spotted one. Tarja was also great with communications.

Perfect family stay at Massah's! The apartment feels like home with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, quality towels, and thoughtful extras like games and baby equipment. Clean, cozy, and great value. Ideal location for exploring Oceanside and San Diego. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.
