All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

Winterwarm Cottage, minifarm stay and wine tasting

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Our cozy casita is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the main downtown area is a 6 minute walk. The casita is quaint and charming with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and late afternoon sunshine in the backyard. Bailes Farm was chosen 2nd best glamping destination in the U.S. by Hipcamp in 2023. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
