Peaceful accommodation for a relaxing time for the whole family. Duplex living room, bright, overlooking a beautiful garden on both sides. Wood fire. Open equipped kitchen. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 each with a double bed and the third 2 double beds or 8 beds, a 9th in the very comfortable sofa in the living room. Shops 5 minutes away, very beautiful forest 10 minutes away, discovery of Lille 15 minutes away and 10 minutes from the Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Stadium. Perfect for a delightful moment between countryside and city.

5 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Lille by car or 5 minutes from the A1 motorway.... but in the countryside!! I propose you a spacious and bright house of 135m² completely renovated with lots of charm in a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (High Speed Wifi). House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

At the back of our garden, you will enjoy the trees & calm on your private terrace, furnished from the beautiful weather.
