Lovely apartment - excellent location. Everything we needed. Thankfully there is a small lift - if this was not the case, we would have struggled with the stairs! Host was very responsive and great communication. The apartment is in the heart of the old town - close to everything and the cafe opposite the apartment was fantastic for breakfast!

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The place was very clean and Dge was extremely responsive. If you are doing a lot of day trips that require the train it is a great location.

We stayed a week here while exploring various towns in the French Riviera. While the place is a little further from Nice, it was convenient to bus and train station with plenty of groceries and restaurants. The space is modern and sleek. We enjoyed many nights out of the spacious patio. Kevin has thought of every detail including umbrellas for the rainy days. We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit! This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Beautiful house, charming design and amazing views from every window - perfect size for a group. Great location in centre of Saint Paul de Vence, just a few minutes from lovely restaurants and viewing spots, and great base for exploring wider region. Katie was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Very nice place, good location. You can everywhere be everywhere on foot and by train. Guillaume and Magali are very welcoming. For children there are books ready at the bookstore below.

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place to stay in Nisse. close to the seaside and bar and restaurant but also quite at night. very clean and host communication was the great. I would totally recommend it. In case I come back I will definitely check in again here.

Spacious and light apartment Everything we needed was available. The apartment is just in the right location - close to the airport and with just 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Yet peaceful and quiet. A nice view to the beach and sea - from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals frequently. For us it was a perfect apartment for a 2 week holiday - where our daughter came to visit us for a long weekend.

The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice.
