Our house is in Alaybey Neighborhood, Namazgah Square. It is within walking distance to the food and beverage, shopping and all other venues in the center. You can also swim from the port within walking distance. Despite the central location of the house, it is a very quiet and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa that can be a double bed, accommodating a total of six people. It has a large garden that belongs only to the residence. The house has undergone an extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture and white goods are new.

Our house is located on a quiet and calm street in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood. It consists of a ground floor and a loft with a bedroom. The living room floor is designed as a pleasant living area with an open kitchen area and fireplace. The sofa on this floor can be used as a double bed. The upper floor is designed as a bedroom. There is a double and a single bed. All the details in our house are designed for you to have a holiday in the comfort of your own home in the center of the Island.

Shiraz Vineyard Houses 6 Bozcaada

It is one of six houses located on a total of fifteen acres of land, nine acres of which are vineyards. It is a comfortable place where you can have a peaceful, calm and pleasant holiday with both vineyard and sea views. It is five minutes by car and about half an hour on foot to the center. We also have a dog named Safiye who lives with us. She is very docile and friendly. We cannot tie Safiye, who only wants to be loved. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with a dog phobia.
