This cozy room has great access to everything you would want to do in Breckenridge. Walk one block up to the free bus stop. The room is on the small side, but it's all your's. Separate/private entrance to the room, no access to main area of house. The main home has long-term renters whom you will hear (if they're home). Please do not book if this is an issue😊. No more than 2 bodies in the room. One (1) parking space. If booking on the same day, give an hour before arriving if after 4pm.

Beaver Run lift also walking distance. Ski back to the base of Snowflake lift and end your day steps from home! Town roughly 10 - 15 minute walk away. Close to hiking and biking in the summer. Hot tub on site. Pool nearby. One surface parking space. Unit is small ~300 SQFT.
