Don't look for romantic views from the windows of the surrounding hills, but a well-equipped cozy base for your trips to the surrounding area, with all civic amenities at hand. Shared entrance to the house with the owners, who live with their family on the two upper floors. From the hallway, there is a private entrance to the apartment, from which there is also an entrance to the common garden, on the first floor. Total 65 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. We offer to rent a sensitively renovated country house with a large garden in a beautiful area of Bohemian Central Mountains. The house will envelop you in its beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, so much so that you won't want to leave. There are four separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a shared living room with a kitchen. The house comes with a large, fenced garden that offers complete privacy. There is a children's playground with a slide, a swing and a sandpit. Firepit, outdoor seating area.
