Located in Smithfield, Dublins old market town, we are within walking distance of all Dublins tourist attractions. Our tiny home is located in our garden, which is truly unique so close to the city center. It has its own small entrance.The famous COBBLESTONE BAR is minutes walk as is JAMESON DISTILLERY. Temple Bar and O’Connell St are about a 20 minute walk away. Stoneybatter was voted top 50 neighborhoods by TIMEOUT. There are lots of great bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Within a gentle stroll you will find Rathmines, grand canal portobello, & the City Centre while the M50, Luas & Dublin Bus links make travelling around the City an ease. 1.5-2.5 km walking distance to city center. Multiple bus lines going towards the city center as well, the bus stop is just 1 min of walking distance. Coming from or going to airpot, take bus 16, the bus stop is just 4 mins walking distance.

Staying in this house was listed in October 2018 as 1 of the 30 top things to do when visiting Dublin in Archdaily, the global leading architecture/design publication. This house, completed in April 2016, was designed by renowned architect Tom DePaor. DePaor was awarded an International Fellowship of the RIBA in 2017, and had his work featured at the 2010 Venice Biennale. This house is large (200 sq.m.), luxurious, & located in a quiet enclave reasonably close to city.

FANTASTIC LOCATION - FULLY FURNISHED 1 BED APARTMENT. This apartment is located in a Victorian house and has just been refurbished to a very high standard. The owner lives in the property. Accommodation briefly comprises of entrance hallway, a stunning sitting room a fully fitted kitchen (see pics) with a modern bedroom and main bathroom. The house is located 15 minutes by bus number to the city centre. Our Local Village Terenure has a host of great restaurants.

Old World Converted Stables with Swimming Pool.

The following is what past guests have said that they love about this property; Guests commented on how old world and elegent it looks. You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.

Comfortable, stylish and secure apartment located in a gated residential development. There is parking available. Conveniently located a bus stop 3 minutes away on Kimmage Road West with regular buses to city center. The Ashleaf shopping mall is a 10 minute walk with a great Dunnes Stores supermarket, free parking. 5 minutes if you take short cut through park) Lorcann O Toole is next door with a kiddie’s playground and nice walks 🌳
