Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This very stylish villa is perfect for staying in Terre-de-Haut. It is located in Marigot, behind the college, at the stadium and the gendarmerie, about 10-15 minutes from the village. This lower part of the villa "Les Âmes-Claires", not far from the beach of Pompierre, welcomes you in one of its 2 charming apartments each with a bedroom with a very large bed, a bathroom, a living room with a small sofa bed and kitchen and a terrace and garden.
