The Su Murcone cottage is located in BAUNEI, a village on a beautiful hill in the province of Ogliastra, in Sardinia. The municipality of Baunei, despite being in the mountains, is very close to the sea. In fact, just 6 km from the village is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, PEDRA LONGA, with a beautiful sea surrounded by real mountains, emerald green water and inviting depths for lovers of snorkeling, swimming or underwater fishing. A few kilometers away, just 10 km away, there is the hamlet of Baunei al mare, Santa Maria Navarrese, the summer residence of the inhabitants of Baunei and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea. The house is an old house in the historic center of Baunei, expertly renovated according to rules of rigorous recovery and enhancement of original environments and materials, but also in compliance with the most modern needs of convenience and comfort. The house is well suited as a summer residence as it allows a stay a few kilometers from the sea in a hilly environment, cool in the evening and restful as it is far from the typical movement of the seaside tourist areas. During the rest of the year, in spring, autumn or winter, staying in this house is ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding area, rich in natural beauty of all kinds, beautiful trails for mountain hiking enriched by the view of the sea, rock climbing routes, horseback riding, food and wine tours, mushroom picking, socio-cultural explorations etc.... The house has a single room, a living room with kitchenette and a double bed. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes the apartment. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. The view of the valley is beautiful, the terrace is airy, but sheltered from the wind at the same time. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the typical sounds of the village and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with seaside residences.

Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.
