Quiet accommodation located in the open countryside and surrounded by vineyards that is about 7 km from the sea (Marina di Cardedu, Museddu beach) and is equipped with large outdoor spaces, barbecue and swimming pool. The apartment consists of a living area and bathroom on the ground floor and two loft bedrooms, one double and one twin (the latter preferably used as a children's room due to a ceiling height of about 180 cm) equipped with air conditioning. Wifi, bed sheets and washing machine use included.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Beautiful apartment just 1.5 km from the beach, reachable on foot, which accommodates up to 3 people in a two-family structure consisting of 5 apartments in complete relaxation and peace, in the middle of unspoiled nature and with a beautiful view of the sea. The house has 1 double bedroom and living room with 1 single bed. Kitchen, bathroom with shower , veranda with table and chairs and double shower outside. Notes: water not drinkable but can be used for cooking and washing.

The apartment is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese 100 meters away. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes walk you can reach the beaches of the center, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacy, children's playground, ATM, etc... The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and mosquito nets in all windows including the large veranda window.

From Tertenia you can also easily reach the Grotte su Marmori and the picturesque village suspended in the rocks of Ulassai or the beautiful beaches of Barisardo and Cardedu about ten km away or the ghost town of old Gairo.
