Holiday rentals with a patio in Teruel

A very friendly, dedicated and committed person. Any problem resolved with care. Very good location and well communicated with everything. We loved the experience, we would definitely repeat it!

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

A very good location in a very quiet area and easy parking. The apartment is very clean and all furnishings like very new appliances. The kitchen tools are just as necessary and in very good condition . Everything was very clean . And the welcome detail,a touch to thank. We did not need communication during the stay,but due to proximity they would have responded for sure. Recommended 100×100. Perfect

Accommodation exactly as shown in the photos. We were super peaceful and comfortable. Super close location to areas to visit such as Albarracín and Teruel. And Marcos and his mother were very friendly and gave us very good recommendations.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

A simply magical stay in this charming cave house! The place is unique: dug in the rock, authentic and warm. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with panoramic views of the picturesque rooftops of Tosos and surrounding nature. Every nook and cranny of the apartment exudes authenticity, while offering perfect comfort to unwind. Special mention for the calm and attentive hospitality of our host. A timeless place that we recommend 100% for an unforgettable experience!

Villa Rosa could not come more highly recommended. We stayed here for a week and almost instantly found peace. We worked for the week and had comfortable lodgings, peaceful surroundings, access to great ammenities and also - great internet. Tatiana was a pro host - we would gladly return

We had such a lovely stay.! The house is a dreams with amazing views of Benicassim. You feel 100% disconnected from the world when you’re staying here. Monica was super friendly and answered all our questions and doubts. The kitchen was spotless and modern. The rooms are a great size and we loved using the fire pit almost every night. Everything was clean and we had all we needed to cook. It’s a big plus that they accept dogs, our babies had a wonderful stay and loved the open space for them to run and play. We will be back!

A very good experience. The place is on the outskirts of a small town that gives you breathtaking tranquility with great views. You can appreciate the stars 🌟 at night if the sky allows it on the patio/terrace. The place was very well equipped and clean, even with board games. Ana has been super nice and attentive (she provided us with help during the big blackout in Spain). As the only "pega", the WiFi gives some flaw and the coverage does not arrive well. But that helps disconnect even more. Highly recommended!

An amazing apartment in front of the beach! There is a very large garden with an outdoor shower so you can bathe when you return from the beach and it is super comfortable! The apartment is on the beachfront so the visit is beautiful! Marga is a sweetheart! She welcomed us as family, with the fridge full of everything (beers, soft drinks, cava, mineral water, ham, cheese and more...) also fresh bread, Nespresso machine with original capsules! Marga is super attentive to any questions and responds very quickly. She also let us check out late. Marga is the best host you'll ever meet! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and a large supermarket. There is private parking! Everything 10/10! Thank you very much Marga and we'll be back soon:)

Super recommended. We were a couple with a dog and all felt right at home. I loved the authenticity of the place, the cleanliness, all the amenities (the bed is TOP) welcome details, and all kinds of things you might need. The place is very quiet and is close to many routes to do both by car and walking. Easy to park. Good price and attention of 10, not to ask for more! Thank you!

The apartment is as it was said a few meters from the sea, the area is quiet. Near the Magic Wold complex. Marius is a person who tries to make you feel comfortable and I liked that he will answer you right away if you ask him any questions. Everything was just like the photos and it's best to have closed parking.
