Farmstay holiday rentals in Texoma

This was an amazing stay!!! We had so much fun, wondering around, and enjoying the various amenities! We only left the property, once, to get groceries and bait. There was enough to do, we were busy sun up to sundown!!!

I was in Frisco for a 12 week clinical rotation so this location was perfect for me. It’s private, safe, and clean. There’s no way I would have gotten a short term lease with this much privacy anywhere else in dallas. It’s out in the country about 20 min from Frisco. It’s pretty much glamping, glamorous camping. There are cows, donkeys, and a pony right outside which will greet you when you arrive but are separate from the yard surrounding the trailer. Danny is very responsive and checks in to make sure you’re doing fine. There was a point when the internet stopped working and he jumped right on it! It’s a great place to stay as long as you aren’t looking for a high maintenance place and your okay with things that come along with country living.

Had fun. The beds were uncomfortably hard. But the view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful!

Totally book again! This is our third stay with this host, first time at this location. Always amazing. Host is responsive, helpful and accommodating. Place is great. Photos don’t do justice - the scenery is beautiful, pool amazing, and accommodations spot on. Great for work trip with 4 adults who all need their own privacy. Beds comfortable, great bedding. Spacious. The best. (When you see your co-workers taking photos of the AirBnb to send back home, you know you booked a good place.) Thank you! The only recommendation I would have is adding Netflix to tv’s. Which is a big ask and not necessary, since cable is provided. But if I was searching for something - that would be it. Also, perhaps the addition of actually glass cups, beyond coffee and champagne. Again, so particular and ample cups were provided. So it’s only a personally desire. We love staying Branson Vacation Retreats and will book again…like, doing so now.

We had a wonderful stay at Wood Guest Ranch. Such a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of walking trails and natural areas to explore, along with the petting zoo and playground for kids. Laura and all the staff were friendly, easy-going, accomodating and helpful. Appreciated them letting guests stay longer on the land to enjoy the solar eclipse. The cabin was clean and just right for our needs. We can’t wait for our next visit!

I feel so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem for our family Total Eclipse trip. I loved that the cabin provided a clean place outside the city and couldn't get enough of the beautiful secluded surroundings. My family loved the friendly animals and the beautiful nature paths to explore. There was a grocery store and dollar general less than 10 minutes away where we picked up basic necessities. Rachel and Laura were very friendly and accomadating and always quick to respond and had great recommendations to nearby attractions to celebrate our daughters birthday. We had a great experience that we'll remember for years to come and would recommend to anyone that's looking for a beautiful place to unplug and unwind from the chaos of the everyday hustle.

Don’t hesitate to stay here, the house was just as expected and very clean with comfortable beds! We had a great time staying here and the host Sarah was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

So many places to take really pretty photos. the fridge was stocked with fresh eggs and other random items. very beautiful and serene. I would definitely recommend for a couple for a nice weekend getaway

Our stay at Pecanway Farm House was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it felt like going to grandma's house – warm, welcoming, and filled with a comforting sense of home. Having our family members stay with us under one roof was such a gift. It allowed for precious moments of connection, laughter, and support leading up to and after the big day that wouldn't have been possible in separate hotel rooms. The house itself was well equipped with everything we needed to host, cook, and connect. The game room and pool table received a lot of attention from everyone! It provided a wonderful backdrop for creating lasting memories. We are so grateful for this haven that allowed our family to truly be together during such a special time. We highly recommend Melissa and Brett and their Pecanway Farm House to anyone looking for more than just accommodation – they're offering a space for connection and cherished family moments.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding at The Springs. We loved the animals, the hot tub was great for relaxation after all the festivities and the host was immediate in his responses. Beautiful house that was private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Hassy really helped with making a beautiful and fun time for my 4 prom girls. Hassy approved help from my husband, and ultimately the pictures that we took with these girls in their formal gowns will forever be a wonderful and beautiful memory. The place is beautiful on the outside and inside! All of the bathroom counterspace sure helped 4 girls get their hair and faces on point! We will be back when it warms up to utilize the pool as well. We did get one night with S'more's at the firepit! Thanks Hassy for the recommendation of The Venicia Italian Food there in Farmersville! It was Wonderful! Great memory for my High School Seniors!!!!

Nice place with plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 adults and 8 kids, we had plenty of room to enjoy the stay. The back patio area is very nice! The cottage was perfect for my Son’s family! Communication with Host was friendly and respectful. Privacy, quiet area and safe neighborhood was important for us also!

I cannot express how kind and understanding David and the rest of the farm family and staff were. David always responded with direct messages, was flexible and understanding. Everyone was kind on the farm and flexible. I was there on business, and nothing about the business project went as planned, but David was just so flexible and supportive. I plan on renting the space again just to get away from the grind. I woke up to see a sunset for the first time in years, the sounds of the farms, the extended cover balcony overlooking the pond and farm...I really needed that even thought I wasn't able to enjoy it as much (b/c of business matters). We were lucky enough to choose a date where the 2nd rental beside us wasn't in use so it was like having a whole home to ourselves.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the ranch! We had our family thanksgiving here this year and everybody absolutely raved about the place, the kids loved watching the cows and kittens play all day, exploring the creek, all the adults took advantage of the amazing kitchen. Everybody raved about the location and how they felt right at home. We would recommend the ranch anytime!

Had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful. We enjoyed walking the property, fishing, and the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back! Quiet and peaceful but close to local stores and restaurants!

Instructions and directions were very simple and had no trouble getting there. The house was very welcoming, comfortable, and neatly organized. The atmosphere was just perfect, words couldn't describe it you just had to be there to get the experience! 😊

We couldn't have picked a better spot. We stayed at this BNB for 5 days and had our wedding at their event barn right down the road (which was also amazing to say the very least) our hosts Ryan and Susan were so helpful and friendly and the stay was so peaceful and beautiful. I 100/10 recommend this house for a quiet secluded place to relax and be with your family!

The house was much more spacious than the photos. The living room, kitchen and the game rooms were a wonderful space to hangout. The master had an office attached. And that rom with master bath and an office was a really very spacious. The master bath tub’s drain plug did not seal. Our party enjoyed the hot tub & the pool table. It was a good stay all over.

So much better than a hotel room. Very comfortable bed and full kitchen to cook my meals. Relaxing and peaceful. I will be back when I come back down for my Doctors appointments.
