The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

We stayed for 5 days over new year, the place was fantastic, had everything we needed and Nong the housekeeper even did our laundry! Would highly recommend for large families, beach was a 5 min walk, private pool at the villa was great for all to cool off, I’d definitely stay here again. Was a little tricky to find the first time from the airport but otherwise a secure and private complex.

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

Great place, excellent and very friendly host. Very well thought out apartments and very cozy, it was like coming to your own home. Nice view from the huge balcony of planes taking off, the apartment is located on the 8th floor. I thought the airport noise would bother me, but it didn't. Fast Internet, I was able to work. It may be a little far from the city, but if you take a bike, you won't have any problems. Very close to the local beach, which has very few people, and local eateries, . I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Andrii.

The place was perfect for my family who wanted to spend some quality time together. Valentin and Ms. Dee made sure they were comfortable at the place. I was a little late in booking the place but Valentin was very quick in responding and making sure that everything was processed smoothly. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Best place to relax. Get a seaside villa and you’re in heaven. You physically fall from your bed into the supernice and clean sea. You have your big private pool inside the courtyard of your mansion. Yes, the villas are huge. Amazingly friendly personell. And a good restaurant by the seaside. Main pool is huge with a bar serving the best mango margaritas…. Best hideaway I’ve been so far. I definitely come back. Thanks to all the staff!

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. Pros: - Great location on the beach and walkable to a few nice restaurants. - Very quiet, safe and peaceful condo and surroundings - good for families. - Kannika was very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions. - Clean unit with all the basics you'd need and good cookware, just bring your own way to make coffee if you don't like instant coffee from the kettle Cons: - A bit of funny shower plumbing with the hot water when the not-in-use bath faucet was turned a certain way but we figured it out quickly enough and now the host can guide guests if they face the same situation.

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave. Huge thanks also to Keith for his proactive recommendations and promptly answering any question we sent his way

We were looking for a nice place not far from airport. This place was just something you can dream about - nice house near by sea. Gives you feeling of coming to a place of your fried. Even though our house was the nearest to the road - we were not disturbed by any noise. Specially, wanted to acknowledge team that supports you during stay and restraint with amazing Cousine and nice view. Here you feel on your place. Planning to come back.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à vivre dans cet appartement. L’hôte ont satisfait très rapidement nos petites demande. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et à 5 minutes de la mer, ce qui était très pratique avec nos enfants en bas âge. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les levers du soleil sur la lagune et les couchers de soleil depuis la piscine sur le toit. Diana est une personne souriante, formidable, pleine d’énergie et à l’écoute de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Ми дуже задоволені відпочинком у Nar! Відпочивали троє дорослих та двоє маленьких дітей. Красива та доглянута територія з різноманітними басейнами, на будь-який смак, охорона. Квартира відповідала опису, була затишною та світлою. Регулярне прибирання та зміна білизни, в квартирі є все, що потрібно, кухонне приладдя, правильна машина, навіть спеціальні засоби для дітей, як от підставка для ванної та дитяче ліжечко. Особливо гарною була тераса з видом на внутрішній двір, де можна було спокійно посидіти в кріслі і насолодитися видом. Ми вдячні Nar за його турботу та уважне ставлення, він завжди йшов на зустріч нашим побажанням! Ми залюбки повернемося, коли будемо наступного разу на Пхукеті)

This is our third stay in Baan Mai Khao and Julian’s place is by far the best! It is well located within the condo complex, the duplex is well layout and the interior decoration is well thought and nice! We didn’t lack anything, although we travelled with 3 kids including a very young one. It’s the first time I stayed in an Airbnb which nice kitchen appliances: non stick pans, sharpened knifes, easy to use appliances etc. Everything was perfect. Julian had a friend Michael to do the check in for us, he was very helpful and also helped us to get a discount at the Renaissance’s restaurants where we had all our dinners! Communication was great, prompt and very quick to respond. I highly recommend his place for whoever is looking for a home away from home, in a peaceful sanctuary with pools, beach, fresh coconut and beach massages at your reach. We definitely will come back!!

There’s nothing else I can add that people haven’t already put in their reviews. Spotlessly clean gorgeous apartment. Everything was perfect! I’ll be back!
