The apartment is located in a historic building, Les Oliviers, classified as a private mansion. In the heart of the Roquette district in Arles, opposite the Saint Césaire church, all 5 apartments and common areas were completely renovated in 2019. Apartment #3, on the 2nd floor, is spacious and bright and overlooks Rue Théophile Rives where there is very little traffic.
