Apartment in a beautiful house from 1894 in the center of Oslo, a stone's throw from the Botanical Garden and Tøyenparken. New bathroom in autumn 2023. 1 min to subway and bus. 6 minutes bike ride to Sørenga. Perfect for 2 people. Nice and quiet backyard with outdoor fireplace. Perfect location if you like city life with everything it has to offer, but like quiet surroundings. We offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. An office chair can be provided if needed.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
