Very well placed for fairs, shows and concerts (right across the street from the Parc des Expositions and the Dôme de Paris). 2-room apartment, nice, with a large bedroom, a comfortable living room with a high-end sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (Washing machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso...). Quiet residence, secure with digicode in a safe and lively neighborhood, shops within walking distance.

The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower
