Holiday rentals with a fireplace in The Gulch, Nashville

We had a lovely stay in Jane’s space - it’s the perfect size for two and very private. A quiet getaway outside the city. The views are just incredible, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day! Big comfy bed with plenty of pillows, the kitchen was the perfect size for a low maintenance vacation. It had everything you would need for basic prep and reheating food. Shower is HUGE and amazing. The space was very clean and bright and airy. Host was very communicative. Have already shared pics and recommended the space to others, it’s the perfect Nashville getaway - private and quiet outside the city but still very accessible! Thank you Jane!

My son goes to college at Fisk Univ. in Nashville and I always feel like the price of hotels are not worth what you get from them. Therefore, I save a few houses in my wishlist that I would love to stay in while I'm in Nashville. I have wanted to stay in this house for two years but every time I needed to come to Nashville the house was booked. This past weekend it was available!! I was hoping the house was as nice as the listing. Let me tell you...it was Amazing!! This is absolutely the most beautiful AirBnB I have stayed in. The house is spotlessly clean, decorated impeccably, and exudes peace. The host Stephan is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He is a truly authentic person. This is my Nashville home away from home. BTW, if you have children and they are not well disciplined or they like to run around like some kids do, this may not be the house for you. This house has beautiful artwork pieces. If you have calm kids who are laid back, they will love it too.

Cozy digs in East Nashville! Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood (only a 10 minute Uber to Music Row). All amenities as expected. Fireplace was a nice touch during colder temps. Met hostess Jess in passing and she was lovely, as was the welcome packet tailored with many neighborhood recs. Great value for a short weekend in Nash!

Fantasise house was everything it said it was and showed on the pictures. Hosted 6 adults and 1 4 year old with plenty of space for everything to sleep and to relax in public areas. Location was great with some food places within walking distance that covers breakfast, fast food, meals and drinks. Top floor TV did not work as expected, could not get the Roku TV on as there was no remote for this was only able to use Netflix and Amazon but did not ruin our stay by any means. We used uber daily with an average of 8 GBP (British pound) to get to downtown which was a very good price. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous place to stay, the house is great but the back porch and hot tub area were the place to hang! It is literally within walking distance to many different restaurants and bars, and you must try Monell’s once, a block and a half away, it’s a great fun restaurant. Thank you Marty you have a fun place and we will try to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Heather's house with our four young kids. The house is beautiful, luxurious, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Heather was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. And the location was great. It was a quick drive to Broadway and easy to drive to other local attractions. It's definitely a house we'd love to visit again.

This home was amazing. The house was fully stocked with snacks and all the essentials. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house was in an area that was very close to where I needed to be. The host made sure that I had all the information needed for the home prior to me arriving. Check-in was very easy and checking out was even better. I will definitely be back as this house was very comfortable and relaxing.

This house was perfect for our group of eight. We fit comfortably. All the bedrooms are modern and the bathrooms are spacious. The backyard is beautiful. The East Nashville neighborhood is adorable. There are unique local shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the house. It only takes a couple minutes to drive Downtown, too. Thanks for a fabulous stay!
