A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

From the first floor there is a great view from the Scheveningen Havenhoofd to the Pier and beyond. In 2023, the kitchen and the bathroom have been updated, while maintaining charm. The bathroom has since been equipped with a walk-in shower. As we have 100% top reviews, we also prefer guests with a 5* rating.
