Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is just 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is 500 m away, and forest and dunes 1 km away. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike) but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both in summer and in winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. Unique townhouse in the fortress, part of the Dutch Waterline and Unesco heritage. Close to Loevestein Castle, Gorinchem, and Fort Vuren. Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace. Washing machine and freezer available in the house.
