This very tastefully decorated 2-story guesthouse with private terrace and free (!) parking can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 baby/toddler and has been recently renovated. With a modern bathroom equipped with Rituals shower products. Through the driveway and garden of the adjacent house, you enter this cozy residence. Very centrally located! Beach (600m, 7min walk), restaurants, swimming pool, mini golf and shops are within walking distance. All the ingredients for a wonderful stay on the coast!

Welcome to Noordwijk! We are Remco, Berber and Maike (11). Our cosy ~25 sqm guest house is available for rentals for 2 guests. You will enjoy a bedroom upstairs (low ceiling & steep staircase) with two single beds and TV. The living room is downstairs, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, double hot plate and microwave/oven. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a basic meal. The guest house has a private entrance with access from the street.

The newly renovated bathroom features a modern in-walk shower, a sleek wooden vanity with an oval mirror that is illuminated by soft lighting. A small plant adds a touch of greenery to the space. The kitchen and sitting area are visible, showcasing contemporary decor.

Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Tiny house/summer house by the sea (400 m from the sea)

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is just 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is 500 m away, and forest and dunes 1 km away. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike) but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both in summer and in winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

A pathway leads from the sandy beach access to the open sea, framed by tall grasses on either side. Clear skies above provide ample sunlight, while beachgoers can be seen in the distance enjoying the coastline.

There is a private parking space, and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

A cozy cottage to relax with a private patio. The cottage is 300 meters from the beach, with a 5-minute walk you are on the beach. Our cottage is within walking distance of the shopping center. You can go shopping, walk in the dunes, relax on the beach, enjoy a snack and a drink at a beach tent, go to the pub in the evening, to the bulb fields or to the Keukenhof. (last two only in spring) Whatever you feel like, there is something for everyone!
