IDEAL LOCATION IN CBD Stylish 1 bedroom unit. Very comfortable queen bed with high quality linen, 2nd TV in bedroom. Office space with desk, and monitor, 5G internet. If you are planning a big night out then we are close to everything. If you are looking for a lazy lie in then coffee/tea, cereal & toast are provided so you can laze a little. For those a sunny breakfast/balmy summer nights additional dining area on the balcony. Parking not available in the building, however available next door.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.
