This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. On the site, you'll have access to a 1.6 km gravel road perfect for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. In winter, a slide is also accessible. In addition, you will find nearby the Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge-Spa, the Appalaches Regional Park (Loutres Falls 5 km away), federal mountain biking and snowmobiling trails, a bike path, etc.

Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
