If you're looking for a cheap getaway and merge with nature, this place is for you. Mind you the house is small, but the environment makes up for the quaint little place. We felt one with nature and got to experience a vintage era. Overall it was a refreshing and mesmerizing experience.

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Rajashree was a wonderful host—very responsive, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so perfect that we genuinely didn’t feel like coming back. Herrliche zwei Tage auf dem Hausboot verbracht. Das Essen, die gesamte Organisation und das freundliche Personal waren hervorragend. Die Fahrt selbst ist unbeschreiblich schön und lässt einem aus dem Indischen Treiben entfliehen, was auch mal sehr erholsam sein kann. Ich kann nur jedem dieses Erlebnis empfehlen.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

We stayed at Thira Marari for two days and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and provided us with local recommendations. The caretaker Jomon was always around to help and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary home-cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. The property was well-planned and thoughtfully designed, with all necessary amenities and beautifully maintained garden spaces. The views were breathtaking, with the beach visible from the lawn and the constant sound of waves in the background. The viewing deck was a great bonus, where we spent our evenings watching magnificent sunsets. It's rare to find a stay that blends comfort, beauty and genuine care so effortlessly. Highly recommend this for a peaceful and unique stay, wonderful hosts, and an unforgettable experience.
