Positives: I stayed at Raj's place with family from 1st to 4th April 25. The place was really amazing. The location was excellent and absolutely very easy to find. Its located just 10-20 meters off Adyar main road. Very neat and clean. Bathrooms were squeaky clean so was the bed sheets and towels. All air conditioners were working perfectly well. Covered car park at such a location was a big boon. Wide range of eateries both Indian & international cuisine are available within walking distance. Provision & medical store within walking distance. Negative: The air conditioners were not provided with a remote control. The temperature was set and we could not control the temperature. At nights it became very cold and we had to switch off the ac and then switch it on after some time when it became warm. This was a bit disturbing. Other than this every thing was excellent and would very highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quite place in the heart of Chennai city.

I loved "the pad " a niche location in the heart of egmore chennai !! Anjali was a wonderful host and was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. one hundred percent recommend for people trying to look for a relaxing place in chennai with all amenities available nearby .

Sumita's apartment was everything we had hoped for. Lovely area in quiet neighbourhood with tree lined streets, but close to places of interest, supermarket and restaurants. We really loved the apartment.... very homely and unusual. All the rooms are odd shapes which is quite quirky. Sumita had left milk, bread and other goodies which were so welcome when we arrived tired after cycling. The kitchen was well equipped and we felt very comfortable and at home. Some beautiful furnishings and artwork too. Everything has been thought of from coffee maker, microwave and hairdryer. Sumita was always available to help and make suggestions. Really happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in Chennai.

As much as the place is beautiful, the hosts - Swathi and Sarath are great. They were very helpful, responsive and helped me out on a lot of things. The flat in itself was very beautiful with a little bit of treasure hunting :p It's a 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting nearby and looking for a place.

Booked this place for a weekend getaway with my friends and we really enjoyed the stay there. well maintained property..the caretaker was responsive. the location was beautiful with lake and sea view, perfect to unwind. swiggy delivery to the location was an added benefit.

Great place to stay when in the locality. The house is situated in a good location, and the beach is walkable. The host is responsive and gives clear instructions about the house and the stay. The house is well maintained and has plenty of room for a big group. The kitchen could have more cutlery if possible, but overall the stay was perfect and nothing less than that. There is a lot to do in the house itself so genuinely no need to leave to go anywhere, and the online deliveries are also very accessible. Great place, great experience

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

It was a peaceful stay and a memoriable one!.. Its a Room on the terrace of an Apartment and has enough if you talk about privacy; Ideal for couples. One of the best stays ever and would highly recommend it in case you are on a budget and yet looking for a nice place!.

The place was so calm and peacefull stay. The beach is walkable and the surroundings are good. Specially the neighbouring aunty helps us a lot. Afrat is responsible and he will do the best for the guests. I reccomend this place for sure.
