The area around the house is equipped with an outdoor sauna and outdoor shower, as well as a shelter with a glass roof, where you can stay overnight with a view of the stars. There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The house has two rooms with 4 beds, a brand new bathroom, a nice kitchen/living room, and a living room with a large alcove with an additional 2 beds. Get very close to nature and enjoy the simple life in this peaceful but centrally located home. The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! Bedding, sheets and towels must be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after pictures are taken)

Direct access to the Limfjord with a bathing jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with fantastic facilities, where you can frolic on the water or enjoy a trip to the sauna. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrive at Eshøj Plantage. The house is isolated on a dead-end road without traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of extra beds.

The toilet with sink is in a separate room in the house, and the bathroom with plenty of hot water is located in a sheltered unheated building outside.
