The area around the house is equipped with an outdoor sauna and outdoor shower, as well as a shelter with a glass roof, where you can stay overnight with a view of the stars. There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! Bedding, sheets and towels must be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after pictures are taken)

A pleasant house by the sea. Approx 300m from the ocean with a big lawn. Nice place for families, surfers and windsurfers. We have recently expanded the house with three private bedrooms, a new entrance and a toilet. Hope you will enjoy our house
