The house is “green” as it is 100% self-sufficient with energy from the house's windmill and solar cells. Garden, terrace with barbecue, garage for bicycles/boards and there is a chest freezer. Furnished with an entrance hall, a corner living room, a kitchen with a dining area, an office with a workplace, and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 3 beds, a bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bed in the stairwell.

Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. The apartment is intended for 2 people, but there is a sofa bed in the common room, so there is room for 2 additional people. You can enjoy breakfast or a drink on a large, lovely terrace overlooking the city. The entrance is yours, but the stairs are not for those with difficulty walking. There is private free parking.
