Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Thornaby

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. A beautiful apartment, very well serviced and supplied, in stunning situations. A conflict between air bnb and country hideaways, if you wish to book, go through hideaways cheaper, however they asked to strip everything where as with bnb you pay for cleaning charge and service charge and hopefully, you won’t be phoned 20 minutes before your Are about on your personal phone to leave to check you are about to leave, having agreeed to all the terms and conditions on airbnb. Slightly ruined our last morning of holiday and really frustrated as it was not a particularly friendly but functional call, not happy with country hideaways and put me off ever using them again

Perfect apartment, well presented and with all the amenities you could ask for. Host thought of everything. Excellent location, with a good balance of walks, relaxation and local history. Highly recommended

An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

We spent the Easter weekend at Fullans Granary, visiting nearby relatives. The place is lovely, with everything a family would need. The grounds were stunning and our boys enjoyed running around with the dog and feeding the sheep. Rosalinda was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was a relatively small double bed in the master bedroom.

Clean and well maintained property. It was such a quiet neighborhood, we almost felt we were the only ones around. Walk to the beach or to town was easy. Instructions from Cate were clear and prompt. We LOVED the instruction booklet provided on how to use everything including appliances and fireplace. Would suggest an additional note about how to lock the door :) as I had a bit of trouble at first before figuring it out. The only odd thing about this place is the main level bathroom, in particular the shower, it's not separate so water goes everywhere when using it, so we used the upstairs shower exclusively.

This was everything I was looking for in a solo retreat. I felt right at home, everything was already set up so didn't need to faf about. The accommodation was pristine and emaculant so no issues about worrying if I need to clean before setting up. When checking in, there is no reception in the area but luckily check in instructions were clear which made it soo much easier.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We were staying up there for my Sons wedding , then we stayed on a little over Christmas to see the children . The Ubers are amazing and I just downloaded the app ‘Uber eats ‘ as well and they can do a shop for you from the Coop ,Sainsbury’s and Tesco and more . Uber travel was very good and reasonable . Area of house is great for Newcastle , Durham or Bernard castle area . Rooms are a good size , beds comfortable. Walking for elderly parents was nice and they increased their fitness immensely , as the fresh air has helped them along with the trips to the countryside which is all around . Very Clean throughout . Comfy sofa and large chair. Great for a family . Garden is enclosed and very safe . Rachel has been a very kind host , and fast to respond to any querys , I would recommend the area and the home , the locals are friendly and there’s a Tesco express which has a bit of everything , in walking distance . Warm and welcoming, banister on stairs plenty of cupboards . A*

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

Was originally hoping to stay for more than one night but fully booked up around the time of our visit.But fortunately we did get the chance to stay. It’s a lovely house with a cosy living room, large kitchen and a super bedroom with a nice comfy bed. Central heating was easy to function if needed. The area is lovely with plenty of places within walking distance to buy food, Even my favourite M&S Foodhall less than 10mins walk.Parking available right outside the property or close by. Would recommend to anyone.Good communication from Hosts.

Barry and Sue are the perfect hosts, providing a warm personal welcome to this beautiful, stylish and immaculate apartment. An extremely well equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge/ dining area and comfortable beds make it a real “ home from home’ - one we would definitely return to if we were visiting the area in the future. Barry and Sue have gone the extra mile to provide information, maps and suggestions so that you can make the most of every minute! The communal gardens with stunning views is the perfect spot to unwind. Centrally located with a short walk to all amenities and tourist attractions with covered private parking was a real bonus. We would recommend without hesitation: the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Fully agree with previous reviews.

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

A fabulous few nights at Chris's place, set right on the river in Durham. Beautiful apartment - all we could have wanted & more. Furnished & finished to really high standards - and the welcome treats were the icing on the cake. Everything in the city absolutely walkable. A genuinely lovely place to stay.

Great location, good base for exploring area, trains, buses etc. Flat had all I needed, wanted for nothing, comfortable, warm. Overall peaceful but near lots of pubs, bar, market etc

Great apartment for me and my family's bank holiday weekend stay. I was there for the 5-Dales sportive. the apartment was very spacious, had great decor, clean and set in beautiful surroundings. Would be staying there again if we are in the area.

Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great
