Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish attic apartment. We built our house at the foot of "Nollen" in 2006, together with the family in three years. In the attic, the cozily equipped apartment is located on 2 levels. In Hosenruck there is a bakery with a restaurant and on our local mountain, the "Nollen" there is a restaurant/hotel. There is a shop one kilometre away, which offers fresh local produce, among other things.

In addition to the old town, which is a 15-minute walk away, there are still various places to discover, such as a historic castle "Burghohenklingen," Inselwerd, 5-minute cave and much more. The Rhine Falls (Europe's largest waterfall) is 25 minutes away by car.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor, idyllically located (850 m above sea level). Enjoy our view over the fog. Ideal for hiking in the beautiful Töss Valley or simply relaxing walks in the surrounding area. Access to the apartment by stairs (no elevator). It is a more than 300-year-old house. Therefore, the apartment only has a ceiling height of about 190 cm. Easily accessible by bus or car.
