The Gathering Place

AprilRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We just had our wedding here and we felt this was the PERFECT spot. It was beautiful, well decorated, and so clean. We stayed in the RV which was basically a hotel room but more cushioned, and in the morning was my bridal suite. Larkin and his partner were INCREDIBLY communicative, they really made me feel so important despite having a very small and basic wedding. I have not been able to stop breaking about this space, the people, and the affordability even before we stayed 😁. You can make some really beautiful memories here. I know we did. Thank you both so much!🖤

Cabin in the Woods (on mile 18.5 of CW Trail)

StephanieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Wow! The photos were gorgeous but when you step inside, this place is spectacular. It was hard to decide where to relax…..in front of the huge statement fireplace in the coziest of chairs……in the loft with games and tv……around the fire pit outside with cool lighting and blooming plants all around…..or maybe if you love to mess around in a kitchen, you opt for the amazing cooking space equipped with everything you could want. We managed to enjoy it all. You will too! We used this fabulous home as a base camp for exploring Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. Next time we will bring bikes and take advantage of the great bike trail system located a stone’s throw from the front door. Finally, thanks to Chris and Ben for welcoming dogs with a self-filling water bowl! We loved it here.

Family Retreat - Hot Tub & Beach!

GinnyRating, 5 stars33 months ago
The house and cottage are comfortable and lovely, and the views of Eld Inlet and Mt Rainier are fabulous! We enjoyed the hot tub and being just steps away from the beach where we saw otters pass by one morning and lots of bird life. Our family enjoyed making our meals and eating on the large, beautiful deck - a highlight! A special place - we hope to return.

Heron Cottage

John’s place was beautifully located on a lake. Great views. Mt Rainier was visible when driving. This was a quiet place with many stores and food locations near. I would highly recommend this place and would book again.

The Good Life Starts Here

Clean and comfy! Perfectly situated for our overnight stay when we had an event at the Little Creek Casino. We were allowed an early check in to accommodate our work schedule and it was so appreciated. We will stay here again!

Cute, pet friendly 2bdr, 7 miles to Capitol.

This was a fantastic stay! Pat was such a pleasure to work with! Rarely have I found a host that I felt had become a friend, but I do in this case! There were so many extra touches that are rare in many of the homes we have stayed in… it felt like home instead of a sterile hotel room, which some Airbnb places seem like. It has history and charm. The location was far enough to be out of town but not so far as to feel isolated. What we loved: Farm fresh eggs, and being sent home with more. Better TP paper than I have at home. Brita in the fridge. Extra blankets and pillows plus a heated blanket. The warmest and most comfortable beds ever! One soft, one firm, take your pick. A laundry hamper so clothes didn’t pileup on the floor. Super accommodating for outside smoking. Supplies for leftovers to be brought back home. Plenty of all needed coffee supplies for over a week. Cool decorations to google and awe… A fully stocked kitchen Alister T(he) Alligator We didn’t like: Leaving!

Little Big Sky - Garden Suite Close to Downtown

SadieRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We are military family, and as we were staying, we were waiting for our home to be ready on base and Hallie did everything she could to make us feel right at home and worked with us when we got a house offer sooner than we thought! Everything in the listing is described exactly how it is in the home was super cozy and clean! I have two little Holly noticed they were on my reservation and even put out little books for them to enjoy during our stay! It was nice to wake up in the morning and in the evening to see the wildlife in the front yard. I would highly recommend a little family or even a couple to stay here!

Opa's Log Cabin

PatriciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is amazing. So peaceful and unique. Absolutely loved the wood throughout the home. Incredible view of Mt. Rainier when the sun is out. The cows in the field below gave this spot a warm, rustic feel. Had everything we needed. 1st floor has a nice big wood-burning fireplace, and 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath. 2nd floor kitchen, living and dining rooms with beautiful balcony. 3rd floor beds and another full bath as well as more balcony space. Only downside if sleeping on the lower level is the water moving through pipes when the upstairs shower or toilet is used. Sounds like an elephant falling through the floors. However, it’s brief and not frequent enough for it to have been a big issue for us. Just good to know for future guests. Would highly recommend this stay.

Cozy cabin cabin steps from town

BenjaminRating, 5 stars2 days ago
it was a bit overpriced IMO. I'm still giving it 5* because the host is very responsive and it was as advertised. But I've stayed at the main house on this property and it was quite a bit more space for basically the same cost. I was disappointed to see that nobody was staying in that unit, even though it had been marked as unavailable on the 3rd and 4th nights of my original request. we could really have used the extra space and it looked like it was just empty the whole time. felt a bit like a cash grab. trying to get weekend bookings rather than just offering the best option to a 4 night midweek booking that happened to check out on a Saturday

Olympia NE Neighborhood Cottage!

Robbin & JonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Teri's cottage is simply and beautifully decorated - everything is clean and easy to find, the garden was begining to show off, and she and Walter (resident canine ambassador) were delightful. We stayed for a long weekend to visit family and how to return to this lovely space. A great place to unwind after a day of grandparenting!!

My quiet guest house 1 hour from Mt. Rainier

LinneaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Beckey's guest house was spacious and well-appointed and Beckey was very attentive to her guest's comfort. It was fun to open the bathroom blinds in the morning and to see cattle resting under the trees on the other side of the fence. I did not use the firepit area as I was off visiting relatives each day, but it would be fun to sit around the fire in the evening under the stars. The only thing I was not aware of on arrival was that the primary source of heat is a gas stove/fireplace in the living room, but once it got going the room heated up well. Overall this is a private and very pleasant place to stay in Graham, not far from Mt. Rainier. Highly recommended!

Hotel Quality Stay in the Heart of Lakewood

CamilaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely loved our stay in this guest space! The days we spent there were cozy and very comfortable. The location was fantastic — close to where we needed to be, with easy access and surrounded by great restaurants. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly choose it again! For anyone looking for an incredible breakfast or brunch experience, I also recommend visiting Moon Rise Café — it was a true culinary highlight of our stay!

Cabin on the Lake

LucíaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Dianne is such a fantastic hostess, she was so communicative and understanding of our travel schedule and it is so apparent in the little details of the lake cabin that she takes great pride in providing a comfortable and elevated travel experience to all of her guests and the cabin itself is in such an ideal vacation or staycation location! Even though the lake water was too cold for swimming, stargazing from the dock was so special! I am looking forward to staying here again sometime.

Magical Puget Sound Beach Cottage+Kayaks+View!

CarolynRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Barb and Dick are wonderful hosts, so kind and friendly, giving a comfort level of being at home. The cottage is perfect and in a great location with a beautifully maintained yard of flowers, trees, bushes, a hammock, chairs, picnic table and a great view of Puget Sound with the tide going in and out. Loved the view and being able to walk on the beach and finding treasures. The breakfast was so nice seeing we got in later than planned, so we had something for the next morning. Absolutely fantastic all the way around and I highly recommend. We picked a good one and will definitely return. Thank you 😊Barb & Dick

Exclusive Private Haven – Cozy & Secure

LynneRating, 5 stars8 months ago
I had a wonderful month long stay at this lovely little cottage. The WiFi and standing desk were great for remote working. The kitchen had everything (and more) that I needed to make meals and feel at home. The location was perfect for me…it was safe and peaceful and close enough to everything I wanted to explore. I would absolutely come back here if I’m ever in the area again.
