Listing looked like described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it is much quieter than in the city. The host was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

It is a perfectly equipped accommodation.Highly recommended for those coming for business.The airport pick up service was also booked by the host, so it was convenient.

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

What a very friendly host and fast communication with us. They gave us instructions on using the house and when we asked about what services and travel around it was well deserved. Our room it was clean And fully equipped with things that I needed. I would go back and would highly recommend this to everyone.

This was the best Airbnb my family has stayed at in all of Vietnam. We’ve been living in Vietnam for a year and traveling quite a bit so that is saying a lot! It was so clean and I felt very comfortable. I also really appreciated Betty accommodating for us to stay a little later than the normal check out time. Since our flight was delayed, we didn’t arrive until almost 6am. Betty was very understanding and allowed us to stay longer to recover. I am so thankful, especially since we were traveling with two young kids. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. We were lucky to stay in her lovely apartment. She is friendly, considerate and quick to respond to any inquiries. The place is in a very good location. And it is located on a high floor, so the view is good. The rooms are clean and towels and bedding are changed. The pillows and sheets on the bed have a nice scent. I would like to stay again on my next visit to Hanoi

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

All of us enjoyed staying at Helen 's apartment. There are 3 supermarkets nearby for us to buy our items and easy to move around. Helen was helpful in settling us into the apartment. She was kind to make arrangement for a pick up from the airport to her apartment. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.

Trang’s place is really nice and big. We needed a place to stay near the Hanoi Grand Plaza Hotel and Trang’s place was just perfect. It’s a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Airbnb to the hotel. It is beside a mall (Vincom) so getting grocery and shopping is easy. The unit is spacious and the beds were big. The bathrooms were clean. It has a functioning refrigerator and TV, as well as fast internet. Trang is very responsive. She asks us how we are doing. And when we needed to have the linens changed, she got to the unit in 10 minutes. Just note that the place is 30 to 40 minutes away from the Old Quarter by Grab. We purposely chose Trang’s place as we had business to do in Hanoi Grand Plaza. Thanks for the amazing stay Trang! Her place is highly recommended.
