Great location, friendly and helpful host, cctv for security

We’re very thankful we found this place. It was all worth it. Constantin was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The house is very spacious, the beds were so comfortable and everything was very spotless and well kept. The kitchen was very clean and equipped with all necessary items. Private yard is a plus, with space to park up to two cars! My family and I had a great stay and we enjoyed the time over there. I would strongly recommend this residence for a peace and quiet get away.

The location of the property suted us well. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to any requests. The property has a fantastic view from the 10th floor balconie with the valley and the lake underneath. All was looking magnificent in the sunset. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out, there is plenty of choice in Iasi. The local supermarket has plenty of choice. The sleeping arrangements, realistically, are only for 3 adults and a child. The big bed was comfortable and all the bedding was clean. The host, later, has offered us an additional accommodation to improve this, but we decided to decline his offer. The rooms felt spacious & fresh. Heating : it was a little chilly at night and we needed to boost the room's temperature with the fan heater. It would be beneficial to have a guide -book with information on heating, internet, hairdryer & kettle location ... The price was very reasonable and we would be happy to return & recommend to others.
