Holiday rentals with a patio in Tibau do Sul

We had a great stay at Felipe's place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The balcony is a great place for a relaxing beer in the hammock at the end of the day! The pool is really nice too. The location within Pipa is perfect, being just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the main street, plus, of course, the beaches. Felipe was very helpful, always responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out. Next time we are in Pipa I'm sure we'll stay again!

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.

André was attentive from the time of booking. He instructed us on everything from checkin to restaurant tips. The stay was very clean, organized and smeltful. The pictures portray very well as it is, but when I got there, I found everything even better. There are two rooms each on a different floor, and are separated by an external staircase, which gives a lot of privacy for those with more people. I went with my husband and stayed in the upper room, the Jacuzzi floor. The location is great, it is on the main avenue of Pipa and you can go to the centrinho on foot, super quiet. We love and will be back more often for sure!

Everything was perfect. Accommodation, location and structure of the condominium. Thus I highly recommend the accommodation, quiet and very close to the centrinho. For walking there are more inclined streets, but in 5min of arriving at Av. Main.

We already know the condominium, because whenever we go to Pipa we look for some rental on it. Erika was one of the best professionals we have ever dealt with. Proactive, polite, quick responses, perfect and helpful tips. The care and zeal for the organization of the house, cleaning, utensils and even sensational first aid materials. Erika also very gladly accepted our tip on having on the pool deck two loungers and also a shower in the outdoor area. He commented that they are already evaluating with the owner. The location deserves these accessories. Anyway we indicate and we will return for sure.

We stayed in the chalet for about 3 days. It was a very good experience, Amanda and her husband were very attentive and welcoming. The room is great and the location as well (about 15 min walk to the center and the main beaches). It was well worth the price! We look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Hosting has exceeded our expectations, the space is even nicer and nicer than in the photos. We were greeted by Carol, who was extremely welcoming and welcoming, in addition to making a delicious breakfast and being very attentive about cleaning. The only point that we believe could improve is the location of the air-conditioning condensing units of some rooms, since the way they are arranged, they end up warming the house a lot (in addition to the heat already expected on a beach, of course) although this point has not compromised our experience. On a return to Pipa, we sure would like to return to the red house.

Casa Paz is located in a quiet condominium with a great pool, and right near the main street of Pipa. The house is exactly like in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

The house is in a gated community, safe, spacious, with beach access. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The space is large, with a large pool area and lawn. There is no air-conditioning in the room, but we didn't miss it, we enjoyed the outdoor area. I recommend the accommodation for families and groups of friends, you just need to be careful with the volume of the sound so as not to disturb the neighbors. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

Excellent ground floor apartment in great condominium at Tabatinga/Camurupim beach. Perfect location in front of great beach stalls and the best sea bath in the natural pools, all in front of the condominium. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful people. The host has received us from the best possible level. The place was faithful with the photos, it had everything we need to use in everyday life. Condomínio very quiet and with educated people, with very good pools, cordial employees, everything we needed. It was possible to go to the beach and see some beautiful lagoons of the region. The stay at Stela's place was very comfortable. The pictures and description are what it's like. Stela was always quick to respond. The place is very comfortable. It has plenty of cooking utensils. Lavarropas. You don't need anything to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful stay. I recommend it 100%. The condominium is very beautiful too and the location is very good as it is a 10 minute walk from the center and the beaches you can walk. Everything was perfect!!

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

The accommodation of Iasmin is very nice! The space is very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning working well, balcony very beautiful and full of plants that give good ambiance and privacy. It is a few minutes walking from Praia do Amor and the best bar in the city (Taipa). The internet was good, both for work and for watching streaming (and there's a huge smart TV there). The presentation of the beds and the set of towels and soaps was also very beautiful. The hostess was also always very kind and ready to help us with our questions.
