Holiday rentals with a patio in Brazil

Helena is very attentive and very nice, she gave us good local recommendations from where to buy or in which restaurant to go to dinner; the apartment is a beauty, very spacious, bright and shiny; the neighborhood is very safe to walk at any time. of the best apartments where I have stayed in all my previous trips.. I recommend it without hesitation, upon my return to Porto Seguro I would stay with Helena a thousand times more..

Outstanding locals. The host responded to messages quickly. The apartment is well located. It was clean and well equiped. And, despite the small space because it is a two-bedroom apartment, it has a great private outdoor area, even with a barbecue, which pays off a lot. It would stay other times there.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

Very good apartment and good location. Very close to Guarita Beach and Cal. Very friendly host and willing to help. We loved the stay and plan to return. We had a great time as a family. We had a setback that was solely and exclusively our fault and the hosts resolved it quickly and with great sympathy. I totally recommend it.

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

There are only two points to improve: 1. Internet which is unavailable at all times and manages to get worse at night. 2. if you give the bad luck of a non sense guest staying in the germinated house to yours, you will suffer from his noise until he has the urge to stop. It happened to me from 01:50 to 04:40 in the morning from a Monday to Tuesday. And no action has been taken. Taking that off, a nice place according to the photos. Worth the cost-benefit.

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

the house in perfect. are two houses in one. we were 3 and spare space. the beds are super comfortable. Leonia and Jeverson are very friendly and helpful. highly recommended. If we return to Santa María sure it will be there.

The house is exactly the same as the listing. Nauzene is a lovely person. Me and my boyfriend arrived before the scheduled check in time and she was promptly able to anticipate our entry into the house. Communication with her was super clear and objective. ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. At the beginning it costs us a little to learn how to use some amenities of the complex , but in the aftermath we felt at home, we spent a few spectacular days.

A very beautiful place, the apartment has a tasteful decoration and is in a charming condominium, despite having buildings taking place in new phases of the development. But that doesn't hurt and didn't bother us. Back rs rs rs!
