Parking at the main house and then a short walk downhill, then a level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/frig. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land. Over time these spectacular views have been created by hard work and devotion to agriculture. We offer this rental for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks.
