Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Two min walk away there is free local transport to the tourist destination Åsby Trädgård, Skanztöbadet, Westerqwarn, Strömsholm and the riding school. Sleeps 8: 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x double sofa bed, 4 x ceiling mattresses. The cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably. Guests bring their own linens and towels. Pillows and blankets available. Animal free.

The wing building from 1812 has been carefully restored to reflect the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 square meters are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. Access is available to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's entire range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years old.

A relatively new (Summer 2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

View of the golf course with little lake. Walking paths in the forest and nature conservation area. Rural Cafe/restaurant/shop is 5-10 minutes walk away. Golf and padel court as well as Mälaren with a swimming area about: 200 m away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and sup boards are available.

Approx. 3.2 km to Sundbyholm Castle, bath and marina. 2.4 km to Sundbyholm trotting track. 7 km to ICA Maxi We are located in a quiet and pleasant area. There is a bike path that runs between Sundbyholm and Eskilstuna. If you want to rent sheets and towels, it's fine, 75 SEK per person per stay, then it's made and ready.

Welcome to our guesthouse The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historical environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. In addition to us, a dog and two cats live on the farm. In summer there is a trampoline, board games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
