Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot with an adjacent football pitch. 300 metres down to the jetty by Lake Mälaren. Glazed conservatory and large terrace with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the terrace is the playhouse with a 120 cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Access to a rowing boat in the summer for a wonderful day on the lake. Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach is about 2-3 km away. About 20 km to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
