Nice house , excellent location and they had the attention to give us check-in flexibility

The truth is very nice apartment, very spacious and bright. The building is new!! It is a short walk from the main one, you can park quietly in the area. There is a large supermarket nearby, and if you like to cook ask before, because they have a very basic kitchen set, anyway .. would go again! The hosts are always very attentive even on the weekend.

Great location steps away from all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and also from the shoreline for morning or sunset walks! The building is brand new, looks great and has a cool gym. Being in the town center, the units facing the street can be a little bit noisy (fairly expected) and bring your own body wash and shampoo but otherwise highly recommend!

Excellent host. Very cosy apartment. Just a word of caution for old bones like me who get disturbed by noise, just be aware over weekends. For young ones, that should not be an issue. Overall, Martina and her place are excellent.

Excellent everything!!! Very well located, one block from the main center of Ushuaia. Spacious and comfortable apartment, as shown in photos. Super quiet to relax. Thanks to Jenny who greeted us and we were able to leave our bags before check in. We hope to come back soon!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here! Check-in was so easy, I love the digital keypads and codes so you don't have to worry about keys or meeting the host on site. Great view of the harbor, and the beds were actually quite comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom decor is nice, as was the shower, and who doesn't love a nice Argentine bidet? The couch area was a nice place to relax. The only non-positive I would say is simply that the room got pretty warm and stuffy really fast if you didn't leave the door open. So, use the door to regulate the temperature and you'll sleep great. All in all, this was a great basecamp for my time in Ushuaia.

Great apartment very close to the main street where you can find everything. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The view is incredible. We really loved the outlook over the bay. It is just perfect for a couple.

Five star stay. We spent 8 nights here and were sad to leave. The hosts were wonderful, communication was easy and clear. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Even better than the photos. The huge windows overlooking the water bring in so much bright light. The apartment is wonderfully appointed with a lot of space and places to unwind. Comfy furniture, spacious bathrooms, huge closets, great kitchen space. Location cannot be beat, everything you need is a short walk away. This place is perfection.

Franco's house is so nice. The atmosphere is great, he is welcoming, always happy and always available for tips. Franco's animals are super friendly and always available to be petted. If you to Ushuaia, this is the place to go !!!

The accommodation was just like the reviews provided, the heating throughout the environment was ideal for autumn temperatures; in my stay Betty was in charge of attending me, she was very kind in the days I was there. As hosts I would undoubtedly recommend this place.

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!
