Holiday rentals with beach access in Tijucas

Very good stay, apartment in a great location, close to the beach, close to the main avenue, close to markets and pharmacies. Very well organized space, clean and has everything to feel at home. The person who accommodated us was very receptive, always attentive and concerned with giving us instructions and making us feel well accommodated!

It was excellent! The very well located place, close to a pharmacy, market, restaurant and only one block of the sea. The apartment is comfortable, ample and safe, providing a very pleasant experience. Everything was impeccable from the cleaning to the structure of the property. Édson was a great host, always attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it and will be back at a next opportunity.

i have no words to describe the 5 days I stayed in this apartment!! everything impeccable. kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms all perfect!! the location is great.. and not to mention that it is not time for you to go down to the beach there is a box for the beach chairs and toys for the children!! without you taking all the hahaha beach trenches everywhere. the only issue that was missing for us that we have children and a smartv tv!! more was also great because the children enjoyed without screens!! more who likes and good to bring a chromecast.

The place is beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood. We had to be in two places when a flood hit Brazil and we discovered that it is in an elevated area, so we had no problem spending the day.

I loved it!!! I loved my stay at the house. With security every time I go to Itapema I want to be in that wonderful and beautiful house. A very comfortable space with a lot of privacy. The neighbors are very attentive and friendly.

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!

For those who want beach privacy accessibility to the beach and tranquility is a great place. It is not so close to the supermarkets to large centers and shops and does not have many shops around. But this is no problem for those who have to leave with the car

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

Awesome location, great for kids. Only complaint was polyester sheets. Everything else was perfect.

Very well planned apartment, no noise in the building and very safe.

The apartment like the photos, very organized and cozy, the view is great for the beach, it's close to everything(market, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping) I will definitely be renting with Sandra again
