Διαθέτει δικό του μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα, κήπο, ιδιωτική πισίνα με 4 ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλα. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι ή τετραμελή οικογένεια. Ο χώρος είναι κλιματιζόμενος με αντλίες θερμότητας.
