New and child-friendly summerhouse in quiet surroundings

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms with 4 double beds (The bed in one of the rooms is a pull-out bed, but serves as a double bed when it is pulled out). Accommodates a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hairdryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home ideal as a gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outside you will find a large wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partly covered with garden furniture and patio heaters that invite to good times over the holidays. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childlike souls there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house there is only 3 km until Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

126 m2 stylish holiday home. Here you get an exclusive holiday by the sea overlooking the water from both the terrace and the living room. Just 100 meters from the grounds you are by the water. The area invites you to lovely hikes in the forest or along the beach to Lynæs or Hundested, where you will find good restaurants and cultural life. Spaciously decorated with plenty of space in both the living room and dining kitchen. On the large terrace there is the opportunity to enjoy the barbecue and outdoor fire pit with a view. Modern 50 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom and large terrace in the popular Vejby Strand, 1.2 km from the water and close to shopping and Tisvilde. 50 min from Copenhagen. Large open ground with evening sun on the terrace. The grounds are not closed out to the road. There is a trampoline and small sandbox. The house is cleaned by host after use - costs 100 euros. Not included in the price: - Water: DKK 95 per m3 - Electricity: DKK 3.80 per kWh - Bed linen/towels can be rented for 15 euros per set.

Delightful summer house close to the beach

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our cozy summerhouse just 400 meters from Dronningmølle beach, which is a wonderful long, family-friendly beach. On the 70 m2 wooden terrace of the house, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with room for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offers cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops on the harbor and much more.

Charming cottage in the tranquility of Vejby Strand

Built in the 1970s and later modernized and refurbished with the desire for quality and requirements for functionality, light and coziness. The house is at the end of a closed road and the grounds are completely private. From here, a small path goes to a large green area, from where you can easily reach the beach and the popular decline at Markvænget. The place is ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4, as in addition to the bedroom there are 2 rooms - one equipped with a fold-out sofa bed that can also serve as a double bed.

Charming cottage with large garden close to beach

Super charming holiday home in short walking distance to good beach. Although thatched holiday home high located on large sunny plot. There are terraces all around the house from where the sun can be enjoyed at all times of the day. The residence appears in the classic charming cottage atmosphere with lots of cozy nooks and with bright living areas. From the kitchen/living room there is direct access to the terrace and the lovely garden. The local grocery store is within a short walking distance from the property.

Self-contained cute holiday apartment

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty.
