Holiday rentals in Tokai, Naka District

Was a great stay! Only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Otsuka JR station, so it’s extremely easy to get to either east or west side Tokyo without worrying about any other stations to get confused with. Super close to the Sakura station if you’re not feeling like walking too much to Ikebukuro. It has some really nice food spots to and from the station with places to pick up amenities in case you forgot something on your trip. The space itself is exactly as shown on the page. AC works like a dream, and really quick to cool down the room. As stated on the page, no elevator, so be prepared to climb!

Booked this place for a week stay with a group of 5. Check in was quick and easy, the house looks exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. Plenty of space and a walkable distance to local combinis and train station. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely recommend a stay!

Place is perfect for small groups. It is very spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. The area also feels secure and quiet. Relatively near the train station and is extremely close to Skytree so walking with that view is pretty nice. Just a reminder that the place does not have an elevator, so if that’s an issue for you, this might not be a good choice. Overall, our stay was great. The place had everything that we needed to make our stay pleasant. Host is very responsive to our questions and is very accommodating.

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

Vi var to familier som har boet hos Mayumi i 5 dage. Vi følte os hjemme og det bedste var at stationen ligger kun 2 min væk. Huset var rent og der var en elevator. Vært gav hurtig respons hvis der var noget. Hun gav instrukser til alt, hvilet var rigtig dejligt Mange tak for opholdet, vi vil vende tilbage igen næsten gang

Huge place by Japanese standards. Comfortable bedding and couch and dining table in downstairs area. Good location close to local station (about 10 mins walk) and only 20 mins walk to Skytree station (or one stop by train) Quiet local area with selection of food option including Lawsons and supermarkets. Shingo was an excellent host with friendly and prompt communication.
