easily one of our favorite airbnb's in NZ (and we've stayed at a good few now!) within minutes of arriving my son was insisting he wanted to live here! cozy and well set up, in an unbeatable location, we would absolutely come back and recommend to others

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.

It was so good to visit again after staying previously a few years ago, and enjoyed the extended space & upgrades to the bathrooms. It is such a good location with amazing views of the coast. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a family weekend at Makehu Manor and created lasting memories. Location was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The house and surroundings were so much more than our expectations and was really well equipped. There was plenty of room and was very family friendly. We had an amazing stay in New Plymouth! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Leanne was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the spa pool, the spacious living areas, and how comfortable everything felt. Would definitely stay here again
