We offer a Cottage with 2 bedrooms. Our guests can experience an authentic, Partially off-grid living experience in the tropical jungle. We designed a thatched roof cabana built with natural materials straight out of the jungle. Get close to nature and explore our garden and surrounding farm. The 4-acre property includes an outdoor fresh rainwater catchment system. Our neighbors, also farmers, are living as simply as possible, happily growing their own food, raising families and staying healthy.

The Sea La Vie Suite at Lazy Palm Suites is a 1st floor oceanfront unit steps from the beach. This unit has a bedroom with amazing ocean views, a living room with a couch, full kitchen, dining space, and full bathroom. The air conditioned bedroom contains a queen bed and sleeper cot with access to the porch and ocean. The living room has a couch, TV and dining space. The porch has direct access to the beach and contains a bistro dining table and comfy chairs. Beachfront living at its finest!

This air-conditioned mini-sized wooden cabana on stilts is attached on one side to another "One World" rental unit. It has its own entrance and a pretty outside sitting area, complete with hammock. Inside the building you will find a comfortable twin bed with a bedside table as well as a toilet, wash basin and shower, separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain. This place is perfect for an uncomplicated traveler who needs a clean, basic space in a great location right in town!

We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.
