Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Tolosa

We lived in these apartments for a month and a half. It has everything for a long stay. The apartments are located in a house with a locked entrance and intercom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, a couple of hundred meters to the subway. Close to San Jose and Independencia avenues. Many supermarkets and small shops with meat, fish and vegetables. Near cheap paid guarded parking.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, very comfortable, spacious, equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view on July 9, very easy to enter, accessible to any point of the city to visit. Highly recommended!!!!

The apartment could not be better - in the middle of San Telmo. It is a small home, very personal. Agustina answers every question and takes care of every request. We all felt very, very much at home

We stayed 2 nights with my husband and young son. The apartment is very comfortable and well located. Well equipped for a short stay. Everything is perfect. The only thing is that the balcony is very unsafe for children, but the host did not let us know as soon as we arrived at the apartment so we were careful. I would definitely book it again.

I had the pleasure to stay at Karin’s Hotel during my recent tango trip to Buenos Aires. Karin’s Hotel is an excellent place for tango travellers/nomads. It is near where most milongas happen and far enough from the centre crowd and noise. It also has most services needed around (Groceries, Kioscos, Pastry, hairdresser, dry cleaning etc.) The metro station is around the street, on the same “cuadra” and connects to most neighbourhoods you want to visit by the subway during the day. The bus station is on the same street too. Karin’s guesthouse is perfect for those who wish to have privacy while enjoying social moments with other travellers. You get to connect with other guests at the patio downstairs, in the living space “salon”, where you can dance too.. plus the rooftop with an open kitchen connecting two terraces from each side. Also, Karin and the team were very caring about my stay. They were tuned to my experience and made me feel at home. A great experience! Thank you

I enjoyed my time at Dorita’s. She is an outstanding host and was highly responsive. The team at the building - led by Eduardo - was also very helpful and responsive. If you stay longer than one week, you may want to inquire about Dorita’s housekeeper. I paid for her to come and she did a great job. The area is walkable and close to a very nice park.

Alejandro was a wonderful host who was very attentive to everything. Will definitely book again when in Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very nice. It's located in the heart of climbing remedies. Super accessible to all means of transport and 3 blocks from the main avenue in the south area. Laura, a love! always predisposed to help us and to make our stay the best.. we will definitely come back! we loved it Mili y Delfi.

Dona Ana's stay was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The immediate service, the reception with alfajores, the soft towels and the clean and cozy atmosphere of the apartment are impeccable. Located on a quiet side street of Buenos Aires' main avenue, the apartment guarantees peace and quiet. The equipment is modern, and the linens, pillows and mattress provide perfect nights of rest after walks around the city. The bathroom is clean, bright, with plenty of hot water and touches like excellent soap. Dona Ana demonstrates true care and dedication in hosting, making the stay even more special. Of all the places we used in the city on this trip, this was undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend it! Dona Ana... no words, she's great.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The place is perfect, with an incredible view and everything very clean, as shown in the photos. The structure of the apartment and common areas is excellent. The host was very attentive, left us water, Coca-Cola, cookies, coffee capsules and plug adapters, which was a nice detail. He always responded quickly and very kindly. My mom loved the stay too. We only have compliments for the host and the place. Would definitely go back!

very nice and comfortable apartment, the location is very good, it is just 2 blocks away, and although it is close to the train station and in an area very busy with vehicles, the windows are very airtight and the sound almost doesn't happen. We had a very satisfying stay. The apartment is bright, with access to green areas, comfortable and faithful to the description. The downtown and quiet location is a big plus. María Elena was very friendly and communication was always fluent. ¡Highly recommended!

Astrid was friendly, caring and very attentive to help me with everything i needed and always responded very quickly. I even decided to prolong my stay. If the location was more convenient for me, i would have stayed even longer.

Super flexible check-in (due to flight time issues, at the time we needed to check in earlier). Daniel was super attentive, with super useful information about the region, as well as tours and best sights to visit. Since the booking Guillermo had been very attentive and helpful, helping us and clarifying all our doubts. When we arrived, we were surprised by the small details that made us feel at home and welcome, from some small treats, water, oil olive to a simple coffee. We stayed for a week and it was perfect, nothing to complain about. The location is great. It couldn't have been better. I definitely recommend it and would go back.

We stayed in this apartment for a week and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants, as well as being easy to get to public transportation. The place was spotless and very comfortable, especially the bed, which allowed us to rest very well. Communication with the host was great, always available to answer our questions and give us local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without a doubt.
