I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

This is a wonderful space and we put a lot of love into it... complete with a new bathroom and A/C. The space is great for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers who are looking for a convenient home base with easy access to all the Eastside has to offer.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
