Ideal for a trip to Boulouparis (RT1.9 mi from RT1) or a relaxing stay 50 min from Nouméa / 20 min from La Tontouta Airport. The pluses: access to the garden, seasonal fruits, beach 5 minutes away, marina-restaurant-pizzeria 2 minutes away, tourist advice if needed ;-)
